The way we work is deliberately practical: get close to the system, understand the people using it, make better decisions, and help the team move things forward with more control.
The bias is toward useful work.
Advice is cheap when it never touches the system. We prefer work that can be tested against code, users, delivery pressure, and the decisions a team actually has to make.
That usually means a blend of product judgement, technical leadership, coaching, and hands-on implementation.
